How to Book a Trip

Use these guidelines to apply for an Adult Travel Program. It’s easy to get started, and we are here to help with any questions that come up along the way.

Step 1: Apply
Fill out the Book a Trip Form. Submission of this application will hold your place on the program for 7 days. To confirm your place, submit a program deposit within the week.
Step 2: Submit a Deposit
Submit an $850 deposit to hold your place on the program via the Online Payment Page. You can also mail a check to:

DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY
There is a $250 non-refundable application processing fee. The remaining $600 deposit is non-refundable within two months of the program start date.
Step 3 – Phone Consultation
We will schedule a 30 minute phone consultation to discuss the following:

- Your goals and aspirations for your program.
- To walk through the program itinerary, allowing you to ask questions about each program element.
- To learn more about your interests so that we can begin tailoring a journey that’s just right for you.
