Throughout my life I have had plenty of experiences that have offered me a change in perspective. One of the most profound was when I joined the Where There Be Dragons group to India in high school, almost 15 years ago. It was one of the first times in my life that I recognized that my way of thinking wasn't the only way. To this day I can still feel that impact that this journey had on me - physically, emotionally and spiritually. That experience has fueled and inspired so many choices I have made in my life since. When I received word that Dragons was offering Adult Programs I felt that maybe it was time for another shift in perspective. Now that I am older it is hard to carve out the time and energy to set out on such an adventure, but I have solid evidence from my past experience with WTBD that makes me know it will be well worth it!"
